The bill is roughly a $2 trillion package, which specifically allots $10 Billion for Economic Injury Disaster Loan's and $350 billion for Paycheck Protection Loans to help businesses with 500 or fewer employees.

Covid-19, or coronavirus, is a national emergency, therefore every business or non-profit is eligible to apply for a loan of up to $2 million.
